December 2019 Wrap-up!

Oh, this? This is my very late December wrap… With a slight change for the new year.

In December I decided to go on hiatus. It was really good to be away for a bit, especially as the last few month of December killed my mental health and burnt out my creative well. I will never let that happen again. So for 2020, I am going to make things a little easier for myself and the first step is simplifying my monthly wrap-ups. They will be shorter and less elaborate, and I have made banners for the entire year, ones like the one in this post. I will talk about the rest in future posts.

Another thing I want to do in 2020 is finish my physical TBR, or atleast make a big dent in it. As coincidence presented it (I don’t really believe in coincidence anymore at this point), CW from the Quiet Pond is hosting the #StartOnYourShelfathon to do exactly that! I will have a post up about that later, but to reflect this challenge in my wrap-ups, I’ll be adding ⭐️‘s for books that count. Completely themed, as the whole thing of this readathon is collecting stars. CW wrote a whole story around it and you should definitely check out her post, even for just reading the story.

But for now, here is a quick wrap-up of December…
